Doctor, what do you want to do?

I want to train my team in orthodontic systems of operation. 

1. Doctor and Team members register for ITICourses Online Account.
   1. The doctor should register for an account first.
   2. Team members should register later for accounts listing the doctor Username as Supervisor
2. Doctor sets the Knowledge Profile for each employee
3. Team completes online courses at home
4. Practice conducts Hands-on courses using checklists
5. Diplomas awarded

I want to train a new team member

1. Doctor or trainer and new employee register for ITICourses Online Account with the doctor/trainer listed as Supervisor.

2. Doctor sets the Knowledge Profile for the new employee

3. New employee completes online courses at home

4. Trainer gives Hands-on courses to new employee using checklists

5. Diploma awarded

I want to train my staff to take excellent photographs

1. Doctor decides if the practice will purchase a Sony Cybershot T-series digital camera as recommended by Dr. Rebecca Poling

2. The recommended digital camera, extra battery, recommended mirrors and retractors, and protective case are purchased.

3. Doctor/trainer and employees taking photos register for ITICourses Online Accounts.

4. Knowledge Profile is set for each employee

5. The team sets a schedule to complete selected courses by a specific date

6. At the scheduled date, team members turn in CE Certificates and participate in Hands-on training in taking photographs.
