This course presents a method for recording the detail of the delivery of treatment to a patient as well as a system of quick reference to the patient’s initial data, progress data, medical alerts, and the Treatment Plan. It also covers use of abbreviations, shared terminology, methods of writing entries and highlighting them for quick scanning. The procedures for writing entries into each section of the Treatment Record is covered in detail.
